In 2022, My weight was 98 kgs and i had many major pains in my back, My cholesterol and uric acid was always high.
I joined the gym but i hated working out and was going to cancel my membership but just before that I used the weighing machine and saw myself touching 100 kgs and decided to do something about it and choose Running for it.
In the start, it was just to lose weight but the more i ran, it became my comfort. Something that provides me peace and got obsessed with it and this year, I’ll be running my first Brampton half marathon.
I have recently ran Mississauga marathon as well on 27th april. Running is one thing which will be consistent always and I’ll work hard to achieve that goal.
My name is Jasvinder Singh Dhaliwal (Jassi), and running the Niagara Falls Marathon was a life-changing
