By submitting this form I acknowledge and agree that joining the wait list does not guarantee registration for the May 24 2026 BVD Brampton Marathon.

I understand that if spots become available I may be contacted by email and will be required to complete registration within the specified time window provided. Failure to complete registration within that timeframe may result in my spot being offered to another individual on the wait list.

I acknowledge that registrations offered through the wait list are subject to modified participant benefits due to the official registration deadline having passed. I understand and accept that I will receive a participant bib and participant medal only.
I further acknowledge and agree that:
I will not receive an event shirt
I will not receive a chip timed bib
I will not be eligible to qualify for or receive cash prizes
No changes transfers deferrals exchanges or refunds will be permitted for registrations offered through the wait list.
